Do you sometimes, in a blog, just want to read a good story that you can share? Sometimes just want to be in a world that isn’t about teaching you things, about the glittery part of the world but rather about a lifestyle contrary to yours?
Welcome!!
Hi there! Now, I don’t really expect much of you guys to be reading this, i mean it’s my first blog post with no SEO or whatsoever done. But if you have accidentally, to my luck stumbled upon this particular article you are reading right now I welcome you to my little online Journal and to the lifestyle of a typical girl from a small village in northern Nepal.
What is Flamore gonna be about?
Flamore, for a lifestyle niche is gonna be a bit different than other lifestyle niches in which you see classy, rich people doing their cool and amazing stuff. If you’re looking for a lifestyle blog that’ll show you how rich people live, where they travel, how they behave , then you’ve clicked the wrong thing. It’s quite the opposite. Flamore is gonna be all about a whole different world than that, it’s about my very ordinary village life of Nepal and the experiences that I treasure. It will in a way be my precious little online journal, that I want people to read and for them to have an insight of the kind of life we people here have.
It’ll be about the most simple things about our lives, the kind of simplicity and beauty of life that might be unknown to you. It’s about my experiences, about stories that I’ve always thought should be shared and about all the special and very amazing people I’ve met who can’t tell their story themselves. Here I am gonna be voicing the stories that I’ve always wanted to be heard. Flamore, if it goes as I expected and planned will be collection of stories that’ll for sure, like 100% reach the strings of your heart. So, if you are a sucker for good real tales of people of lifestyle unlike you then Flamore has been made just for you.
Meet me!
Hello everyone. Namaskar. I am a 19 years old girl from a small village in the district of Dolakha, Nepal. My small village lies at the bank of a river named Tamakoshi and though you’d find most of your basic necessities here, after schooling ( which is the 10th year in our case), you’d have to leave home and go to big cities for higher education. That’s exactly the case with me and although I’d always choose staying at my own little village I love so much to living in the crowded city of Kathmandu, I have to leave the warmness of my home to seek for a better future. However whenever there’s a break in college, even if that’s just of 3 days, I always come home and being with my family makes me the happiest.Out of everything in life, I value my family and my home the most.
I’ve always been interested in writing, especially the kind of writing where I can just use the simple words and simple sentences but still can make a great impact with the stories i tell. I’ve discovered the world of blogging very recently, and though I have my doubts about the kind of writing that I’ll be doing ( no SEO, no nothing) I believe that someday someone would actually come across the things that I’m writing in Flamore and if my stories have a good impact, then maybe, it’ll be a whole different kind of blog. It doesn’t mean i’m lazy in what I’m doing, I just simply think there’s not much that can be done in my case, for I intend on telling stories, sharing experiences. I believe in the power of a simple story told beautifully and the impact that it can make.
When I say I’m from a small village, don’t imagine me as a girl with ragged clothes and chapped braided hair because I’m not like that. I’m about the same as you but I just live a simple village life, we farm, raise livestock, make fodder for our goats, take them to graze and above all we live really close to the nature.
I am a complete dreamer. As most of the south Asian children, I dream of making my parents proud. I want to do good in my studies, get a nice job and create a very comfortable life for my parents. I also dream of being a very good storyteller and i dream of my stories being recognized. I have small expectations from life, I have small dreams and I want to have a simple life. Everything about my life is simple and ordinary. I am not looking for any personal fame from Flamore but I simply want my stories to be discovered by more of you guys because I believe that they are certainly gonna create an impact.
I look forward to having a good audience in my blog who appreciate the kind of writing and work that I do.
